Bird’s Nest – A Stay of Warmth & Comfort
A bird's nest symbolises much needed rest after a long day, warmth in a rainy evening and the first spot touched by the morning sun. We created and named this stay to give the comfort and happiness of a great holiday.
Our private villa with fully furnished living space, air-conditioned bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, lush garden, and gated car parking facility provides a complete stay experience. Situated in a prime city location, our apartment is easily accessible and well connected to major landmarks and local amenities.
Our Vision & Foundation
Welcome to Birds Nest service apartments! When I created this establishment, my primary goal was to provide a safe, comfortable, and memorable stay for our guests. My late father's military background and my 30 years of experience in a banking industry have instilled in me a strong sense of service and integrity.
Our Legacy in Music & Service
My passion for arts and music led me to start Ranjanas Audios , a divine music album company, in 2000. We've had the privilege of working with legends like Thiru. S.P. Balasubramaniam, Ms. Swarnalatha, Mrs. Nithyashree Mahadevan, and many more.
Currently, I'm serving as the secretary of the Lions Club, where I'm committed to helping those in need. We are delighted to welcome you and are confident that your stay will be a memorable one. We promise to make your experience with us truly unforgettable.

Daily Rent & Occupancy
₹3500 per day. Max of 4 adults & 2 children. ID proof required at check-in.
Cancellation Fee
Minimum ₹500 or 10% of the booking amount (whichever is higher).

Strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Washing machine is not available. Please plan accordingly.
